  1. Top rate

Posted by PAUL MILSAPS on Feb 11th 2017

Actually I give them a 4.999, nothing is ever perfect. But these bullets are about as close as you’re going to get. Tolerance is within .005 for overall length and .0005 for diameter. The Hi-Tek coating is totally covering the bullet, (no exposed lead). And their customer service is second to none. I will definitely buy from them again.

  2. Literally the best cheap 220gr projectiles for 300blk

Posted by Lumpy Biscuits on Feb 7th 2017

I ordered 500 to test out, and loaded them over standard CCI SR primers (can't remember the number) and 10.7-10.9gr A1680 to 2.065 OAL (I think). They averaged about 225gr, but the variances were slim to none. Extremely tight control on that.

They functioned flawlessly unsuppressed, and the bolt locked back every time using a standard non-adj gas block and H2 buffer. Haven't had the opportunity to use a can yet. I'm looking forward to getting my omega so I can test it out on these.

I did notice on my dummy rounds that there were some cuts and exposed lead upon extraction, but they informed me that it's normal and as long as you dont cut the bearing surface by overcrimping or forgetting to flare. They also didn't need much of a flare so you can get pretty good case life even without annealing.

I'll most likely buy a larger box soon once my testing is done, but so far I'm giving them a thumbs up.

  5. Great price for a great product!

This bullets make shooting my .300 blk AR extremely affordable. I love color, and the bullets themselves have worked flawlessly. Planning to order more, as well as some 9mm and .45.

  6. Best bullets and service i have found

Posted by John f on Oct 13th 2016

I had a very bad experiance with another coated bullet manufactures products, so i looked online and found Leatherhead. Thank God i did! Top notch bullets, and awesome customer service, topped with super fast shipping. Look no further. Leatherhead has you covered

  7. Great customer service!

Posted by Ryan on Sep 26th 2016

Ordered these bullets, sent an email asking about shipping and within the next day I received an email and a phone call to make answer my question. I received the bullets quickly and they have worked out well with my 300 blackout.

  8. PRODUCT AND DELIVERY ARE THE BEST

Posted by Unknown on Sep 19th 2016

I ordered these bullets thinking I would receive theme in 2-3 weeks as stated on the product page. Instead, they were on my doorstep two days later and very well packaged. I immediately worked up some loads for my sbr and these bullets feed very well in my 300 BLK sbr. In my case, they grouped 2" at 150 yards, with a muzzle velocity of @ 1020 fps.

The guys at Leatherhead are great to work with and I will continue to purchase from them. J. Fallis, Midlothian, VA

  9. Works great in subsonic 300blk

Posted by Unknown on Sep 7th 2016

I started with a couple hundred of these to make sure they work, and now they are my go to. Just bought 500, and sorry mail carrier, there will be many more of these coming my way in the future.

Going to try some of the 9mm stuff next.

  10. Great bullet!!

Posted by Kevin Nguyen on Aug 23rd 2016

I've used other company cast bullets and had issues feeding but i've had nothing but success with the Leatherhead bullets. Cycles flawless in my 10.3" 300 Blackout SBR. The round nose makes a big difference in reliable feeding IMO. The coating on these bullets leaves little to no residue on the hands which other company cast bullet would leave my hand black in no time. For accuracy im getting .75 MOA at 50 yards. Thoroughly impressed with this bullet.
